I ordered Medium expecting to be talked into Firm and it held through every set. First brand where the number on the page matched the thing in the bag.
Not a complaint, but if you are between grades I would size the grade down rather than the size up.
Checked in the mirror at the bottom of a squat, which is the only test that counts. Fine.
