Before you buy
What does “graded, not guessed” actually mean?
Every piece of our own apparel goes on the same rig and gets a compression grade - Light, Medium or Firm - from what came back, not from what the fabric weight suggests. Equipment carries its load rating the same way. Both print on the product card, before the cart, so you are not reading a claim you can only test after paying for it.
Are these your own products or someone else's?
Both, and the page says which. The “Show Up” tee and the Sculpt leggings are our own line and are marked Exclusive. Everything else - rollers, bells, benches, recovery tools - is sourced, chosen, and then graded by us on the same rig.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. US only, and the checkout will not let you get partway through and discover that. We would rather turn the order down than take money for a delivery we cannot make well.
Why are there so few products?
Twelve, and that is deliberate rather than a soft launch. Every one has been graded and has a spec worth printing. A catalogue of four hundred is a catalogue nobody has measured.
Compression and sizing
Which compression grade should I pick?
Light for warm-ups, rest days and wearing out of the house. Medium for most sessions and most people - if you are unsure, this is the answer. Firm for heavy lower body and long runs. The fit finder on the homepage asks this and writes your answer into the collection filters, so you keep browsing with it applied.
What force does each grade correspond to?
We are not publishing those numbers yet. The grades are measured on our rig and applied consistently, but a millimetre-of-mercury figure is a claim that has to be reproducible before it is printed, and ours is not signed off. When it is, it goes in the spec table on every apparel page. We would rather say that plainly than quote a range we cannot stand behind.
Do they run true to size?
The reviews say so, and the product page prints that verdict rather than us asserting it. Each apparel page also carries a scale showing whether buyers found the compression lighter than graded, as graded, or firmer - so you can see whether we got our own grade right.
Does the compression wash out?
No. Cold wash and hang dry, and the grade holds. What kills elastane is heat, so the tumble dryer is the thing to avoid rather than the washing machine.
Delivery
How much is shipping?
Free, on every US order, with no minimum. There is no threshold to spend your way up to and no express tier that quietly costs extra at the last step.
How long does it take?
One method: FREE Standard, 5 to 9 business days after dispatch. Orders placed before 1pm on a business day leave the same day; later and weekend orders leave the next business day. The 30-day guarantee starts the day it arrives, not the day you ordered.
Can I track it?
Yes. A tracking link is emailed per box. Larger items such as the adjustable dumbbell pair ship as two boxes and can arrive on different days - nothing has gone wrong if the first box is short.
Returns
What is the returns window?
30 days, counted from the day it arrives rather than the day you ordered - so a slow delivery does not eat into it.
Can I return apparel I have worn?
Tried on, yes. Trained in, no - for the reason you would want from anyone else's return. Compression only tells you anything once you have moved in it, so try it at home and move properly. That is not “worn”.
Who pays return postage?
The returns policy is the page that has to stay correct on this, so it is the one to read. Repeating the answer here is how the two end up disagreeing - and the policy is the copy you can hold us to.
Using the gear
Is the ab roller safe for my lower back?
Rolled out from the knees with control, yes. The kit includes a knee pad because the floor, not the wheel, is what stops most people. There is a progression in the training log that builds it without loading a rounded spine. We are a shop, not a clinic: if something already hurts, that is a question for a physio rather than for us.
What is the bench rated to?
330 lb, printed on the product card and in the spec table. That is total load - you plus what you are holding.
Do I need all of it?
No. A roller, a bell and a bench train the whole body in one corner of a room, which is why those three go together. The rest is preference.
Account and payment
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is the default, and an account only exists to save addresses and show order history.
What can I pay with?
Card - Visa, Mastercard and Amex - processed by Stripe. Card details never touch our servers. If a wallet or instalment option is not on the checkout page, it is because it is not switched on, not because it failed.
Is there tax at checkout?
No sales tax is added. The total you see in the cart is the total charged.
I checked out as a guest. Where is my order?
Guest orders never appear under an account, even one you make afterwards with the same email - so the confirmation email is the record, and the tracking link in it is the fastest way to find the parcel. If you cannot find that email, message us with the address you ordered with and we will look it up.
