Terms of sale

What you are agreeing to when you buy from us, in the plainest words we can manage.

These apply to everything bought through this shop. They sit alongside our shipping and returns pages, which carry the detail. Where those pages and this one describe the same thing, they say the same thing on purpose.

Using this store

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18, or shopping with the permission of somebody who is, and that the details you give us are accurate.

Prices and currency

• Prices are shown in US dollars and can change. The price you pay is the one shown when you place the order, even if it changes afterwards.
• Delivery is free on every order to the United States. There is no minimum and nothing is added at checkout.
• If a price or a spec on this site is wrong, we contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

When your order becomes an order

Placing one is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it, not when you press the button. Between those two moments we may decline it for suspected fraud, a stock error, or an address we cannot serve. If we decline, you are refunded in full and we tell you why.

We will not use a pricing mistake as a reason to cancel an order that was obviously correct. This clause is for genuine errors, not for changing our minds.

Paying

• Payment is taken by our processor when you order. Card numbers never reach our servers.
• If your bank declines the payment the order does not proceed, and nothing is charged.

Delivery

One method today: FREE Standard, 5 to 9 business days after dispatch, across the United States. That window is an estimate rather than a guarantee, because once a parcel is with the carrier its timing is not ours to promise. If something has clearly gone wrong, tell us and we will chase it.

Safe use of equipment

Training carries risk, and loaded equipment carries more of it. Follow the load rating printed on each product, check your setup before you load it, and stop if a piece of equipment moves in a way it should not. Speak to a doctor before starting a new programme if you have an injury or a condition.

The ratings are on every card precisely so that instruction means something. A rating exceeded is not a fault, and a bench used as a step or a ladder is outside what any of this covers.

Changing your mind

Thirty days from the day it arrives, on everything, used or unused. That is the same window the returns page describes, and the returns page is the one to read for how it works in practice.

Our name and our method

The Beautiful Body name, our photography and our compression grading method are ours. You may share and link to our pages. You may not resell our content, or describe another product as carrying our grade.

Your rights are not affected by any of this

Nothing here reduces what the law already gives you. We stand behind our products under the guarantee and the refund policy; beyond that our liability is limited to what you paid for the order, to the extent the law allows. Where a term here conflicts with a consumer right you hold, the law wins.

Photographs and descriptions

We describe things as accurately as we can and photograph the actual product, including the squat shot for every apparel piece. Colours vary between screens. If what arrives is not what was described, that is a fault and we treat it as one rather than as a change of mind.
