Core & Strength

The load-bearing half of the catalogue. Rollers, bells and benches, each one carrying the rating it was tested to.

New to loaded core work?

The training log covers rollout progressions, what a bench load rating is measured against, and how much floor each item needs.

Common questions about core & strength

Are the load ratings real, or the supplier's marketing number?

Tested where we can test it, and blank where we cannot. A bench rated to a figure is not the same as a bench that survives that figure of repeated hinge work, so we print what held rather than what the box claims. An empty field means nobody has a tested number, which is worth knowing before you load it.

Will this fit in a small room or an apartment?

That is what the four products are chosen for. The bench folds, the dumbbell pair replaces a rack by adjusting from 5 to 25 lb, and the roller and the bell go under a bed. Every card carries real dimensions, so measure the corner you have before you order rather than after.

Do I need all four to train properly?

No. Most people start with one and add the next when the first stops being enough. The roller and the bands cover a lot of ground on their own, and the bench is the piece that only pays off once you already own something to press. Buy in the order you will actually use them.
