Free shipping on every order, United States. One method, 5 to 9 business days, dispatched the same day if you order before 1pm.
Shipping is free on every order to the United States. There is no minimum to reach and nothing is added at checkout.
How long it takes
There is one method today: FREE Standard, 5 to 9 business days after dispatch. That is the outside figure and we quote it deliberately, because most orders land inside it and we would rather beat a cautious estimate than miss an optimistic one.
Orders placed before 1pm on a business day leave the same day. Later orders and weekend orders leave the next business day. We do not publish a state-by-state table, because we have not measured one, and anything we printed would be a guess with a schedule's confidence.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed per box, and it updates before we hear anything, so it is the fastest answer to where your order is. Larger items such as the adjustable dumbbell pair ship as two boxes and can arrive on different days. Nothing has gone wrong if the first box is short.
Where we ship
The United States, in phase one. Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and New Zealand follow once the regional stores go live, and each of those will be its own storefront on its own domain rather than a country added to this one.
If you are outside the United States today, the checkout will tell you rather than taking an order it cannot fill. That is a smaller promise than most stores make and it is one we can keep.
Damaged or missing parcels
Tell us within 14 days of the delivery date. Send the order number and a photo of the packaging, and we replace or refund without a return trip. A parcel that never arrives is the same conversation and the same answer.
Wrong or incomplete address
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete, we reship at no cost once. After that the reshipping cost is passed on at what the carrier charges us, with no margin on it.
Common questions
When do I get free shipping?
On every order shipping to the United States. There is no minimum. We do not ship anywhere else yet.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, until the parcel is picked. Message support with your order number and the new address. Once tracking is live we cannot redirect it, but the carrier often can.
Why did my order arrive in two boxes?
Because some items ship separately by weight. The adjustable dumbbell pair is the usual reason. Each box gets its own tracking link, and they can arrive on different days without anything having gone wrong.
My order is taking longer than 9 business days.
