Strength, Beauty, & Everything in Between.
Where every rep counts. We started Beautiful Body because buying home gym gear meant guessing, and guessing meant a garage full of equipment nobody trusted.
Most home gym gear is sold on a photograph. The bench looks solid, the fabric looks supportive, the rope looks fast, and none of that survives contact with a session. The number that decides the purchase is almost never on the page.
The fix was not better photography. It was publishing the numbers: load ratings, materials, weights, and a compression grade we measure ourselves. If we cannot state a number, we say we cannot state it.
Three things we will not trade away
Numbers before adjectives. Every card carries the spec that decides the purchase, and where the number is missing the card says so rather than filling the space with copy.
- Durable over cheap: we test the two hundredth rep, not the first. Gear that fails at month three costs more than gear that costs more.
- Show up, then decide: thirty days, used or unused. Training in it is the only real test, so the guarantee has to survive that.
- Our scale, named as ours: the compression grade comes off a stretch rig we own. It is not an industry standard and we say which is which.
What that looks like on the site
- A load rating on every piece of equipment, and an empty field where a supplier will not give us a tested figure. An empty field is information too.
- A compression grade of Light, Medium or Firm on every apparel piece, printed on the card and in the filter panel rather than in a footnote.
- Two photographs of every garment: relaxed, and at the bottom of a loaded squat under the same light. If it goes sheer, the card says so.
- A small catalogue. Twelve products, and every one of them has to earn its bench.
If it does not work out
Thirty days from delivery, used or unused. Train in it. A grade or a rating that turns out wrong for you is exactly what the window is for, and we would rather have the return and the data than a customer who quietly stops buying.
The rest of it
- Free shipping on every order, across the United States in phase one.
- Support around the clock, answered by a person rather than a queue position.
- If we get something wrong, we would rather hear it than not.
That is the whole promise. It is a smaller one than most stores make, and we would rather keep it.
