Before you buy
For a long while, yes. Five levels covers pressing, pulling and lower-body work, and the limit you hit first is usually the top end of a squat rather than anything upper body. Most people add a bell or an adjustable pair once the heaviest band stops being hard.
Mostly that the week happened. It logs sessions without you deciding to log them, which is the difference between a habit you can see and one you are guessing about. If your phone already does that and you look at it, you do not need this.
The band set. It costs the least, packs the smallest, and covers the most movements of anything in the catalogue. Everything else here assumes you already have somewhere to train and a reason to be there, and the bands are what create both.
