What this site stores on your device, why, and how to say no. Written to be read rather than to be technically defensible and impossible to follow.
The shop needs a small number of cookies to work at all - mainly to remember what is in your cart and to keep you signed in. Those are set without asking, because without them the site cannot do the thing you came for.
Anything beyond that is optional and off until you say yes. The banner asks one question, and your answer covers both optional things below: section measurement and advertising. If you say no, the shop works exactly the same; we simply learn less about how it was used.
One thing runs for everyone and sets no cookie at all: a count of visits and shop events, kept in Umami, an analytics tool we host ourselves. Analytics below says what it records.
Set without consent, because the site cannot function without them.

Visit counts, for everyone. We count visits and shop events, like pages seen, items added, checkouts started and orders placed, and which site or campaign link brought you here. We do it with Umami, a cookie-free analytics tool we host ourselves on Railway in the US. It sets no cookies, stores no IP address, and does not track you across other websites. It can link your visits to each other only within the same calendar month; each month it starts over. The choice on the banner still covers everything else on this page.
Section measurement, only with a yes. Off unless you allow it. This is the one that answers which section do people stop at, which is the only way to tell whether a page is working at the volumes a new shop runs at. It records that a part of a page was seen or tapped and how far down the page you read. Never your name, your email or what is in your cart.
If you say no, none of that is sent and nothing on the site changes. No service for it is connected yet, so today it is not sent even after a yes.
Off unless you allow it. No advertising tag is installed on this site today, so nothing about your visit reaches an ad platform. When one is added, it loads only after a yes, and this page changes in the same update.
Ad platforms would see a visit, not a person. What a tag would share is that a purchase happened and its value - never your name, your address, or what else you looked at.
This site does not read the Global Privacy Control signal or the older Do Not Track header yet. It does not need them for the default to be no: nothing optional runs until you say yes on the banner. The cookie-free visit count above runs for everyone either way.
