Getting paid

• Commission clears once the order's return window closes — about 30 days after it is delivered, because that is when a Beautiful Body order stops being returnable.
• Cleared commission is paid on request, with no minimum. Whatever has cleared, you can ask for. Asking tells us you are waiting; it is not a payment date.
• Your own orders and returned orders do not earn. Commission is for orders you bring in, so buying through your own link is not one. If an order is refunded or cancelled before its window closes, no commission becomes payable — it simply never clears. Nothing is ever taken back off a later payment, because we do not pay out until the window has closed and it cannot be reversed.
• Your tax is yours. You are not an employee or a contractor, and nothing is withheld. Income tax and any local equivalent are yours to declare. We may need tax details before a first payment.

Your footage

• You own your clip. We get a licence, not the copyright. It is non-exclusive: you keep posting it on your own channels, keep it up, and stay free to license it to anyone else.
• Worldwide, while you are active and for 12 months after. Not perpetual. If you leave, we may keep running clips already in use for another twelve months, then the licence ends — sooner if you ask us to take one down.
• Paid ads are a separate yes. Permission to repost a clip organically does not include putting money behind it, so we ask for that separately and in plain words rather than reading it into a general permission.
• We sublicence to the ad platforms. Meta, TikTok and Google each require the advertiser to grant them a licence before they will serve a video, so it is part of the same permission rather than a separate favour.
• Your face in a paid ad is a separate yes again. Likeness is a different right from copyright in the video, so it is an optional tick you can withdraw at any time. Hard rule, no exception: no identifiable person under 18 may appear in a clip you submit.
• Do not use trending sounds. A trending track is licensed to you for organic posting only, so it is not a right you can pass on, and running it as a paid ad is how advertising accounts get struck. Use your own audio or the room. If a clip arrives with a commercial track we will replace the audio, or not run it.
• Takedown works both ways. We can pull any clip from our channels at any time. You can ask us to stop using yours and we will — live ads take a few days to wind down, and impressions already served cannot be recalled.

What a clip may show

• No health or medical claims. Never "physio approved", "doctor recommended" or anything implying clinical endorsement — we have none, so saying it is a false claim about the product rather than a compliment. Compression grades are a measurement, not a treatment.
• Nothing that would worry a coach. No loaded spinal flexion demonstrated as technique, no rep filmed to failure without a spotter or safeties, no equipment used outside its printed load rating.
• Do not invent numbers. The load ratings and compression grades on the site are measured. Quoting a figure we have not published, or rounding ours up, is the one thing that ends an account immediately.
• Say you are an affiliate. The FTC requires clear disclosure on any post that earns you a commission. A visible "affiliate" or "paid partnership" label on the post is enough — buried in a caption is not.
• No bidding on our brand name. Paid search on "Beautiful Body" competes with us for people already on their way here, so it does not earn commission.

Ending it

• Either of us can end it, and placed orders still pay. You can leave whenever you like and we can close an account whenever we like, with no notice required on either side. Commission on orders placed before that point is still paid once it clears, on the same terms as any other — leaving does not forfeit it.
• One rate, and it does not move under you. If the programme rate changes later, affiliates already in the programme keep the rate they joined on.
