FEATURES:
Experience the ultimate in muscle recovery with our Massage Fitness Foam Roller, designed for effective sports massage and deep tissue therapy. With a high-density EVA core, this roller can support up to 226.8 kg, delivering targeted pressure to alleviate back pain and address trigger points in the body. Its deep tissue massage capabilities make it an excellent choice for athletes and active individuals seeking to relieve muscle tension and improve flexibility.
Featuring a hollow plastic core and a unique grid system, the foam roller applies greater pressure compared to traditional solid foam rollers. This design enhances its ability to provide a deeper myofascial release, mimicking the hands and fingers of a professional masseur. The three-dimensional mesh foam surface effectively breaks up tight muscle knots, offering a more comprehensive massage experience.
The foam roller aids in muscle recovery by relieving tension and breaking down soft tissue adhesions. It increases blood flow to the target areas, reducing pain and enhancing flexibility. Regular use after exercise can significantly shorten your recovery time, allowing your muscles to heal faster and be ready for your next workout session.
Made from high-quality EVA material, the foam roller is both durable and resistant to deformation. Weighing only 830 grams and measuring 33 x 14 x 14 cm, it is lightweight and easy to carry, making it ideal for use at the gym, office, or anywhere else you need a personal massage. The roller’s design also supports various body parts, including the neck, back, arms, and legs, ensuring comprehensive muscle care wherever you are.

Anonymous buyerblackIt's sturdy and can hold up a person's full weight. Has good padding. Just be mindful it's small sized.

R***tblackGood to use. I would like it slightly softer; if I use full body weight lying on it, it is a little too firm.
