a***rAIt works correctly. It smells a bit strong, but after airing it out it's okay. The stimulation travels up the legs, not only the feet. Unfortunately, I cannot use it, as I have a screw and an intramedullary plate in one leg, and it causes me pain. So if that's your case, don't buy it. To make it work, you first charge the round controller, then clip it onto the mat.
